Creating video ads

Come up with a concept for the video, a location for the future video and briefly describe what you want to see as the final result in the order form by clicking on the orange “Make an order” button at the bottom of the page. Agree on the scenario plan, technical specifications and price of work with our manager when he contacts you.

It is worth noting that the scenario plan, technical characteristics of the finished video, footage and time largely depend on the sites where the advertising will be broadcast and the videos will be posted.

As a rule, advertising platforms that host video advertising have their own technical requirements for videos posted by advertisers. You can write these requirements either on the order form or transfer them to our manager when agreeing on the order.

Note! The video advertising platform sets the requirements for the source material. For example, for screens of different sizes (street broadcasts, television, cinemas, etc.), cameras must correspond to a certain resolution. Therefore, pre-filmed video or photographic material may not be suitable and additional filming will be necessary.

After agreeing on the order with our manager, send us a link to download your photos, videos, audio materials. The easiest way is to upload materials to file hosting services.

If you need to pre-process photos, it is better to send them in RAW format; if this format is not available, then other formats JPEG, PNG, GIF are also suitable.It can also be one long video file, which can be divided into several parts and inserted into the template in segments.

If processing is not required, the photo format can be JPEG, PNG, GIF. The higher the resolution of the pictures, the better.

It is better to send corporate logos in vector graphics in AI (Adobe Illustrator) or CDR (CorelDRAW) formats, rather than photographs.

If there are specific corporate colors, please send digital color codes in RAL, HTML or RGB formats indicating their application (base color, lettering, background, etc.).

Corporate fonts can be sent in TrueType (TTF) and OpenType (OTF) formats.

Audio: write the name of the track or send your music file in MP3, WAV, AAC formats. If you don’t know what it is, just indicate the name of the musical composition or provide a link to it.Please note that the length of the music composition must be no less than the length of the final video.

Pay attention! If the source material you sent violates someone's copyright, at a minimum the advertising platform will not allow the video to be shown or will remove it from broadcast, at most claims may be brought against you in accordance with current legislation. Therefore, it is better to take music or other content, if it is not produced by you and you do not have copyright to it, on special sites that sell such content or allow you to use it for free for commercial purposes. We take the materials used in our work from such specialized sites and coordinate them with customers.

Rollers can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to complete.

You must determine for yourself the time relevance of the production of the material. Within a few hours, as a rule, news or “last minute” corporate advertising materials are produced. This is due to the fact that news quickly loses its relevance. Or packages of advertising platforms have last-minute broadcast start dates.

Such intensive work of video editors incurs additional costs for customers.

Also, the speed of material preparation and final installation depends on the total length of the roller, the quantity and quality of the material provided by customers, and other objective production factors.

It is worth understanding that our regular clients have ready-made corporate templates prepared by our specialists (intro templates, titles, etc.) and it takes less time to urgently produce a video. And if you place an order with us for the first time, then additional time is required to produce such blanks.

Therefore, if you prepare in advance for the start of broadcasting advertising and have more time to produce videos, the work of specialists is less intensive and therefore less expensive for customers.

The format, time length, side size in pixels and other characteristics of the final videos are agreed upon with customers before work begins.

Finished videos are sent to the customer via a file sharing service using a link.

If your photos, videos and audio materials were created by you and do not violate the copyrights of others or have not previously been published on the Internet, the finished video can be posted on YouTube, other video services or social networks without consequences.

We use audio accompaniment (music) from the youtube music library with the status “No attribution required”, or we purchase it on specialized sites and agree with clients in advance.

If you wish to have music from other sources, the final video may be subject to copyright claims.
